Singing from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Friends Meeting of Washington
2111 Florida Ave. NW, Washington, DC

No charge; potluck offerings welcome

Questions: Debby Churchman, dchurchm@yahoo.com

Everyone is welcome; the ability to read music or sing is NOT a requirement. All ranges and ages are welcome (although we won’t have child-care, but will have child-friendly songs). Come for part or all. We’ll have a general sing led by Ruth Fitz, chanting led by Betsy Krome, hymn singing led by Meg Meyer, and You Pick led by all participants. There will be bagels and juice in the morning, and a yummy lunch midday. This is a fun, family-friendly, singles-friendly, everyone-friendly activity. It’s a good way to get to know other Quakers–while restoring your soul. Hope you can come.

If you have a copy of Rise Up Singing, please bring it!

Directions and parking are http://quakersdc.org/directions.
